There’s a hidden sweetness in the stomach’s emptiness.
We are lutes, no more, no less.
If the sound box is stuffed full of anything, no music.
If the brain and the belly are burning clean with fasting,
every moment a new song comes out of the fire.
The fog clears, and a new energy makes you run up the steps in front of you....
How do we take our vision for ourselves, our homes, and our communities and make them happen in the real world? How do we refine that vision into actionable steps that can produce real change in our lives and the lives of those around us? What barriers in our beliefs, thinking, behaviors, or relationships do we need to overcome in order to realize that we have the ability to transform our worlds? These are the questions we will be diving into at the 8th Annual Women’s Wellness Retreat within a welcoming community of diverse women.

Alison says, "I started out with the dream of getting a book published and quickly learned how little I knew. I waited until after my first book was out in the world to really start learning how to do it right. I could have saved myself a lot of time and frustration if I had a course like this. This course synthesizes exactly what I wish I had known twenty years ago!"
