Join us for the Third Annual Women's Wellness Retreat at the MS Modern Homestead Center.  After two successful retreats, we are hosting a third exciting women's wellness retreat to kick-off the new year.  Build a vision for your year, discover practical ways to embrace healthy living, and find the inspiration you need to have an incredible year. Workshops, meals , time for relaxation, reflection, and new friends. Join us, for what is becoming a yearly event at the Homestead!

Friday, January 23

4-6pm Arrival and check in

7:30pm Keynote address by Tayria Ward, Ph.D. "Reviving Your Indigenous Mind"


Saturday, January 24 

6:30- 7:15am Yoga (optional)

7:30 - 8:15am Fresh Breakfast

8:30 - 10:20am Dream Workshop/ Tayria Ward  OR Gut Health for Radiant Living/ Lindsay Wilson

10:30am - 12:20pm Deepening Intuition with Sound Healing/ Susannah Furr OR Bringing Whole Foods into Busy Lives/ Marion Sansing

12:30 - 1:30pm Lunch

1:30 - 3:20pm Women as Medicine Carriers/ Dana Tate Bailey OR Awakening Bliss through Herbs & Stones/ Mandi Sanders

3:30 - 4:45pm Market Fair (retreat participants will display handcrafted or other items they offer for sale, or offer mini sessions of their body work, tarot readings, etc.)

5:15pm Rhythm Wave Dance

All Weekend Retreats Include:

Housing: Bed, linens, bathrooms, and kitchenware

Meals: 5 Healthy, Homemade Meals from Southern Cultured

Workshops: 5-6 hands-on workshops throughout the weekend led by experienced teachers.

Relaxation and Friendship: There is plenty of time built in to our weekend retreats to relax, visit the beautiful grounds of the Homestead, feed the animals, walk in the gardens or on a nature trail, or just sit in front of the fire or on the porch and read a book from our library. Our participants let us know time after time how much they value the friendships made at Homestead retreats. They look forward to coming back each year and making new memories with friends they met right here.


Commuter: $45 Includes all workshops and lunch on Saturday

Members Full Weekend: $185 Includes all workshops, housing, and 4 meals

Non-Member Full Weekend: $205 Includes all workshops, housing, and 4 meals
