In this Introduction to Mindful Living you will:
Understand what “mindfulness” is and why you are hearing so much hype about it.
Learn how to practice three types of mindful practice.
Practice incorporating mindfulness into your everyday life.
Three practitioners will teach techniques throughout the day. We will serve a mindful, healthy meal at noon.
