8th Annual Women's Wellness Retreat - Creating Dream Lives, Homes & Communities

Creating Dream Lives, Homes & Communities (1).png

How do we take our vision for ourselves, our homes, and our communities and make them happen in the real world? How do we refine that vision into actionable steps that can produce real change in our lives and the lives of those around us? What barriers in our beliefs, thinking, behaviors, or relationships do we need to overcome in order to realize that we have the ability to transform our worlds? These are the questions we will be diving into at the 8th Annual Women’s Wellness Retreat within a welcoming community of diverse women.

Mark you calendars and save your spot! Speakers and details to come.

Aligning your lifestyle with your values can seem unattainable in today's fast paced, throwaway culture. What is the difference between Organic and Conventional food REALLY? How do you make time to grow your own food and source the healthiest options for your family/yourself using the resources and time you already have? Farm to Table doesn't have to be elitist. Living a more sustainable life doesn't have to cost more money and take away more of our already precious free time. It's high time to unlearn the capitalist values we've been taught and get back to the human values that build community and enrich our lives. Throughout the past 12 years I've been able to exponentially improve the quality of my life and my relationship with my communities through cooking and farming for others. After leaving the rural community of farming last year I've learned to apply the same lifestyle I led to an urban life in town, therefore blooming where I am planted and not mourning the loss of my farm. You don't need expansive acreage to grow your own food, a six figure income to eat local and organic or culinary school to impress your family with meals.
