Sweet Treat PB Shake

8-10 ice cubes
1 big spoonful peanut butter or almond butter
2 packs stevia or 1 tbsp. raw honey optional
1/2 cup almond milk
Blend all ingredients and enjoy. :)
You can also add a pack of gelatin, or a serving of protein mix, vanilla extract, or raw cacao powder.
Gelatin has many health benefits. It is great for your gut and immune system. You won't taste any difference in the texture of the smoothie when you add it, either. I recommend a quality brand like Great Lakes found online.
