Sweet Berry Quinoa

According to package instructions. Soaking grains overnight may mean for much faster cooking in the morning though.

 1/4 cup Strawberries

 1/4 cup Blueberries

 2 Tbsp Dried Cranberries

 1-2 Tsp Cinnamon

 2-3 Tbsp Local Honey

 1 Tsp salt

 1 Tbsp butter




Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. (You may soak the quinoa overnight to make it more easily digestible.)

Add berries, honey, butter, and cinnamon after cooking. ***You can also add toasted almonds, shredded coconut, or flax seeds, for example.
